RESOLUTION e -- 52-
WHEREAS, Section 11 of "An Act in relation to classification
and planning of public improvements ", "approved August 12, 1949 (Chapter
121, Paragraph 354, Illinois Revised Statutes 1949) provides, among other
things, that Municipalities desiring to expend monies in 1953 from their
portions of the Motor Fuel Tax Allotments, must submit to the State of
Illinois, Department of Public Works and Buildings, Division of Highways,
a Long Range Plan consisting of a Five Year Plan and a One Year Con-
struction Program, and that these programs must be submitted to, and .
approved by the State of Illinois, Department of Public Works and Build-
ings, Division of Highways, prior to January 1, 1955, and,
WHEREAS, the said Village of it. Pr?spect Cook
County, Illinois is desirous of expending monies in 1953 from their
portion of Motor Fuel Tax Funds,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of t• Fct g _„__,County,
Illinois,•that the herein named streets are to be considered as their
One Year Program for the Year 1953N
