1s reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR (Exhibit B)
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 903 WEST ISABELLA STREET
This ordinance grants a conditional use permit for a circular driveway for property
located at 903 West Isabella Street. The Planning and Zoning Commission
recommended approval of the request by a vote of 7 -0.
B. 1 reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 23 OF THE VILLAGE (Exhibit C)
CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS
This ordinance amends Chapter 23, Section 102 "Public Intoxication" of the
Village Code in accordance with current state law; Illinois Compiled Statutes
20 ILCS 301/25 -15.
C. 1s reading of AN ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO A DETERMINATION OF THE (Exhibit D)
PREVAILING WAGE RATES
This ordinance, required by the State of Illinois, adopts the prevailing wages
established by the State of Illinois for public works projects provided by
contractors.
D. * A RESOLUTION REQUESTING CLOSURE OF A PORTION OF CENTRAL (Exhibit E)
ROAD IN ORDER TO CONDUCT A PARADE.
This resolution authorizes the Village to request approval from IDOT to close
a portion of Central Road in order to conduct the annual 4 of July parade.
XII. VILLAGE MANAGER'S REPORT
A. Request Village Board approval to accept State Bid and purchase ruggedized
laptops in an amount not to exceed $75,996.
