HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes 05-55 04/19/1955 Resolution No. RESOLUTION DECLARING THE RESULTS OF THE REGULAR ELECTION HELD ON TUESDAY, APRIL 19. 1955. WHEREAS, a regular election was held on Tuesday, April 19, 1955, in and for tne Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois, for the purpose of electing three Trustees for tne full term, one Trustee for a two year term to fill a vacancy, and two Public Library Directors for the full term; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees. as by statute in such case made and provided, canvassed the votes cast at such election, find as follows: FOR VILLAGE TRUSTEES - (Full term) Clarence 0 Schlaver received /C3g votes Robert J. Thue received /c9e votes and are ready to declare the results thereof; NOW, THEREFORE: BE IT RESOLVED By the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County Illinois: �� Section 1. Section 4. That all the officers herein declared to be duly elected shall, as is by law required, qualify and shall be installed into their respective offices at the regular meeting to be held on Tuesday, May 3, 1955.
