RESOLUTION designating depository
for funds of 'Waterworks Improve-
ments 1954"
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY
ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That the Northern Trust Company,
Chicago, Illinois be and it is hereby designated as the
depository for the proceeds of the sale of water revenue
bonds of "Waterworks Improvements 1954 ".
Section 2. That all withdrawal of funds from
said account shall be upon the signatures of the president,
the Village Clerk and the Village Treasurer and they are
hereby designated as the officials to draw on said funds
from the account to be designated as "Village of Mount
Prospect Waterworks Improvements 1954 ".
Section 3., That this resolution shall be in
full force and effect forthwith upon its passage and
approval.
PASSED: this 19th day of July, A.D. 1955.
