BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,
1. That the proposed improvement consist of (a) Pavement reconstruction (resh9-.2i~lkE.eparation
of base), pavement widening with waterbound macadam base, bituminous surface (Subclass
I-II) over entire pavement area, and curb an~ gutter together with drainage appurtenance_s;
(b) Pavement widening with waterbound macadam base on west half of street, bituminous
surface (Subclass I-II) over entire street pavement area, and curb & gutter, drainage

2. That there is hereby appropriated thellsum of Five Thousand Dollars

improvement of said section from the municipality's allotment of Motor Fuel Tax funds.
3. That said work shall be done by Contract ; and.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk is hereby directed to transmit two certified copies of this
resolution to the Department of Public Works and Buildings, Division of Highways, through its District Engi-
neer's office at Chicago -. lllinois.
