RESOLUTION approving lease
with the Chicago and Northwestern
Railroad Company
WHEREAS, the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois
is desirous of procuring lands for off-street parking and has negotiated
with the Chicago and Northwestern Railroad Company for the lease of its
lands along its right-of-way within the Village and has reached an
agreement with respect thereto
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois:
SECTION 1.
That the President and Village Clerk be and they
are hereby authorized and directed to execute a lease with the Chicago and
Northwestern Railroad Company, a Wisconsin Corporation dated May 10,
1956 for the term of five years from and after June 1, 1956 upon the terms
and conditions as set forth in said lease for the purpose of automobile
parking and driveway.
SECTION 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
forthwith upon its adoption and approval.
