WHEREASo CONSOER. TOWNSEND AND ASSOClATESDCcn-
sulting Engineers~ in behali of th(~ Village haY~ prepared a report to the
Village on Relief Sewers of October. 1956 and in said report have
recommended a program 01 relief sewer improvements set forth in
detail therein; and
WHEREAS.. the WLETROPOLrI'AN SANITARY DISTRICT OF'
GREATER CHlCAGOe is considering co-operative action in carrying
out the projeets recommended by the report.
~E IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Mount Prosj?'ect9 Cook County" Illinois:
Section 1. That the report to the Village on relief sewers of
OctoberD 1956 of Consoor, Townn~nd and Associates; consulting engineerGt
a.ttached here~o and made. a. pa.rt bereo!o be and the same is approved in
principle and that the impr~J'ements therein recommended be cOJ1structed.
Siu;tion Z. That the Village of Mount Pr08peCt~ by its proper
officia1so submit the sa.id report to the Metropolit&,n Sanitary District of
Greater Chicago and request its co-ope;:ation in ca.rrying out a prograxn
to construct the projec;ts described in. detail in said report.
