A RESOLUTION varying the provisions
of the Official Plan for Frank Serafine's
1st Addition and Park View Manor
. Subdivision
WHEREAS, Dan Serafine, as developer of Frank Serafine's
1st addition subdivision and Park View Manor subdivision requests
permission to plant 9 inch Norway Maple trees in the parkways in the
center of each lot abutting thereon in lieu of 2 inch Norway Maple trees
spaced 43 1/3 feet apart; and
WHEREAS, the granting of said permission is in substantial
compliance with-the spirit of the Official Plan in that it gives more than
required;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and
Board of Trustee s of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois
that permission be granted to Dan Serafine to plant 9 inch Norway Maple
trees in the parkways in the center of each lot abutting thereon in Frank
Serafine's 1st addition and in Park View Manor subdivisions.
PASSED: the ~ day of December, 1956.
APPROVED: the ~ day of December, 1956.
