RESOLUTION NO. 19-57
WHEREAS by Ordinarcce No. 576 adopted by the Corporate
authorities of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County,
Illinois fees for applicants filing appeals pursuant to
Section 16 of the Zoning Ordinance, as amended, shall be
established by the Presicent and Board of Trustees; and
WHEREAS the Corporate authorities of the Village of
Mount Prospect after considering the costs to the Village
for said peti tion, public: hearing and necessary action
pursuant thereto and also considering the rights of the
property owners of the Village of l'1ount Pro spect do believe
and hereby find the following fees are reasonable in
connection with matters brought before the Board of Appeals
pursuant to Section 16 of said Zoning Ordinance:

Section 1. In acc:ordance with Section l6(C) (4) of
the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Mount Prospect, as
amended, the following fees be and they are hereby established
for all appeals filed pursuant to the Zoning Ordinance of
said Village:
