RESOLUTION OF INTENT
STATE OF ILLINOIS
RESOLUTION FOR IMPROVEMENT BY MUNICIPALITY
UND.l!.;K THE MOTOR FUEL TAX LAW
BE IT RESOLVED, by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Mount Prospect, Illinois, that the following described streets
be improved under the Motor Fuel Tax Law:

(to meet existing pavement)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,
1. That the proposed improvement shall consist of widening existing
pavement on north lane of Lonnquist Blvd. with concrete together with
cui-b, and widening existing pavement and constructing new pavement
on south lane of Lonnquist Blvd. with 8" waterbound macadam base and
2 -1/2" 1-11 bituminous surface; and constructing 8" waterbound
macadam base and 2 -1/2" 1-11 bituminous surface on Wapella Ave. ;
together with drainage appurtenances, etc.; construction of widening
to be 4' and New Pavement to beV3l' back to back of curbs, and shall
be designated as Section 12 '-CS. "t-'"
2. That the improvement shall be financed by Special Assessment
with Motor Fuel Tax funds to be used for retiring all or part of public
benefit assessments.
3. That said work shall be done by Contract; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk is hereby directed
to transmit two (2) certified copies of this resolution to the Department
of Public Works and Buildings, Division of Highways, through its
District Engineer.
I, Mr. William H. Keith, Village Clerk in and for the
Village of Mount Prospect hereby certify the fore-
going to be a true, perfect and complete copy of a
resolution adopted by the President and Board of
Trustees at a meeting on A~/f/L /.5' , 1958.
