BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village Treasurer be and he is
hereby authorized to cancel outstanding check / warrant No. 116
issued in 1949 in the amount of $19.20 against the Hillcrest
Paving Assessment account which account was established for funds
voluntarily contributed in connection with Special Assessment No. 49
and that the $19.20 balance in this account be transferred to the
General Fund of the Village of Mount Prospect.
