IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that pursuant to Section 4
of Ordinance No. 381 passed and approved August 11, 1953, that
Water Revenue Bonds dated August 1, 1953, Nos. 121 through 130
in the amount of $1,000.00 each be called for redemption on
February 1, 1959.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Village Treasurer be
and he is hereby authorized to pay the principal and accrued
interest on said bonds on February 1, 1959 between the hours
of 8:30 A. M. (CST) and 5:00 P.M. (CST) at the office of the
Village Treasurer.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Village Clerk be and
he is hereby authorized and directed to cause to be published
on January 2, 1959 in a newspaper of general circulation in the
City of Chicago the Notice of the aforesaid call and redemption
of said bonds.
