RESOLUTION OF THE PRESIDENT AND
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF MOUNT PROSPECT CONCERNING RE-
ISSUANCE OF CHECKS FOR REFUND OF
STREET OBSTRUCTION DEPOSIT
WHEREAS, certain checks hereinafter identified have
been heretofore issued for return of street obstruction
deposits and it is in the best interests of the Village
of Mount Prospect that such checks be cancelled and
current checks be issued in lieu thereof,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook
County, Illinois:
Section 1: That the Village Treasurer of the Village
of Mount Prospect be and he is hereby authorized to cancel
the below-described checks:

Section 2: That the Village Treasurer of the Village
of Mount Prospect be and he is hereby authorized to issue
a check to each of the above-named payees in the amount set
forth opposite the name of such payee as a refund on street
obstruction deposit.

Section 3: That this resolution shall be effective
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
