II IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that pursuant to Section 4

, of Ordinance No. 381 passed and approved August 11, 1953, that

II Water Revenue Bonds dated August 1, 1953, Nos. 98 through 120 in
II the amount of $1,000.00 each be called for redemption on August 1, 1959.

!i IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Village Treasurer

II be and he is hereby authorized to pay the principal and accrued

II interest on said bonds on August 1, 1959 between the hours of 8:30 A.M.
(DST) and 5:00 P.M. (DST) at the office of the Village Treasurer.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Village Clerk
be and he is hereby aut~orized and directed to cause to be
published on June 26, 1959 in a newspaper of general circulation
in the City of Chicago the Notice of the aforesaid call and redemption
of said bonds.
