1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 (ALCOHOLIC
LIQUORS).
This ordinance deletes one (1) Class "P-1" liquor license issued to RMS
LIQUORS INC., d/b/a RMS LIQUORS, 1714 East Kensington Road.

Liquor Inc., d/b/a D & H Liquors, 1714 East Kensington Road.

A. 1st reading of an ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 5, "BOARDS AND
COMMISSIONS," OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
This ordinance amends Chapter 5, entitled "Boards and Commissions," by
deleting Article XI, "Solid Waste Commission," and reserving it.

B. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL OF CERTAIN (Exhibit D)
PERSONAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
This ordinance authorizes sale of air compressor and spray paint booth as well as
donation of certain appliances and furniture to charity. The personal property comes
from old Fire Station #14 which is scheduled for demolition.
C. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE RESERVING VOLUME CAP IN CONNECTION (Exhibit E)
WITH PRIVATE ACTIVITY BOND ISSUES AND RELATED MATTERS.
This ordinance authorizes the Village to reserve its 2010 private activity bond
volume cap for future use.
