X. OLD BUSINESS A. PZ-03-10, 13 Westgate Drive, Saldana Residence 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION FOR A SIDE YARD SETBACK AND VARIATION FOR ROOF PITCH FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 13 WESTGATE DRIVE This ordinance grants a variation for side yard setback and variation for roof pitch for an accessory structure. The Planning and Zoning Committee recommended by a vote of 5-0 to deny the request; adoption of the ordinance requires a super majority vote for approval. (Petitioner has submitted request to withdraw PZ-03-10; request for variations.) XI. NEW BUSINESS A. A RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF FIRST INDUSTRIAL REALTY TRUST, INC., 580 SLAWIN COURT, MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS, MAKING APPLICATION FOR COOK COUNTY CLASS 6B TAX ABATEMENT (Exhibit A) B. * A RESOLUTION REGARDING THE RELEASE OF CLOSED SESSION MINUTES This resolution allows certain Closed Session minutes, having been approved by the Village Board to be released for public viewing. (Exhibit B) XII. VILLAGE MANAGER'S REPORT A. Request Village Board approval to accept bid for mobile column lifting systems in an amount not to exceed $65,950.64. B. * Accept proposal for 2010 material testing professional services in an amount not to exceed $39,000 C. * Accept proposal for 2010 pavement condition evaluation services in an amount not to exceed $35,000.
