CLOSED SESSION
MARCH 20, 2002
The Closed Session was called to order at 8:55 p.m. by Mayor Farley in the conference room of the
Senior Center. The purpose of the Closed Session was to approve Closed Session Minutes that
had previously been distributed for review. Present were: Trustees Timothy Corcoran, Paul Hoefert,
Richard Lohrstorfer, Michaele Skowron, Irvana Wilks and Michael Zadel. Staff present included:
Village Manager Michael Janonis and Assistant Village Manager David Strahl.
Approval of Closed Session Minutes from April 14, 1999. Motion made by Trustee Wilks and
Seconded by Trustee Corcoran to approve the Minutes. Minutes were approved.
Approval of Closed Session Minutes from May 4, 1999. Motion made by Trustee Wilks and
Seconded by Trustee Corcoran to approve the Minutes. Minutes were approved.
Approval of Closed Session Minutes of May 18, 1999. Motion made by Trustee Wilks and Seconded
by Trustee Corcoran to approve the Minutes. Minutes were approved.
Approval of Closed Session Minutes of May 25, 1999. Motion made by Trustee Wilks and Seconded
by Trustee Corcoran to approve the Minutes. Minutes were approved.
Approval of Closed Session Minutes of June 1, 1999. Motion made by Trustee Wilks and Seconded
by Trustee Corcoran. Minutes were approved.
Approval of Closed Session Minutes of June 8, 1999. Motion made by Trustee Wilks and Seconded
by Trustee Corcoran. Minutes were approved.
Approval of Closed Session Minutes of June 15, 1999. Motion made by Trustee Wilks and
Seconded by Trustee Corcoran. Minutes were approved.
Approval of Closed Session Minutes of June 22, 1999. Motion made by Trustee Wilks and
Seconded by Trustee Corcoran. Minutes were approved.
Approval of Closed Session Minutes of July 20, 1999. Motion made by Trustee Wilks and Seconded
by Trustee Corcoran. Minutes were approved.
Approval of Closed Session Minutes of August 17, 1999. Motion made by Trustee Wilks and
Seconded by Trustee Corcoran. Minutes were approved.
Approval of Closed Session Minutes of January 4, 2000. Motion made by Trustee Wilks and
Seconded by Trustee Corcoran to approve the Minutes. Minutes approved.
Approval of Closed Session Minutes of January 11, 2000. Motion made by Trustee Wilks and
Seconded by Trustee Corcoran to approve the Minutes. Minutes approved.
Approval of Closed Session Minutes of November 6, 2001. Motion made by Trustee Hoefert and
Seconded by Trustee Skowron. Minutes were approved.
Approval of Closed Session Minutes of March 5, 2002. Motion made by Trustee Wilks and
Seconded by Trustee Zadel. Minutes were approved.
There was no further business discussed. The Closed Session was adjourned at 9:05 p.m.
