MINUTES
CLOSED SESSION
APRIL 9, 2003
The Closed Session was called to order at 8:35 p.m. by Mayor Farley, in the Central Community
Center Conference Room. The purpose of the Closed Session was to discuss Personnel. Present
were: Trustees Timothy Corcoran, Paul Hoefert, Richard Lohrstorfer, Michaele Skowron, INana
Wilks and Michael Zadel. Staff present included Village Manager Michael Janonis and Assistant
Village Manager David Strahl.
Personnel
Village Manager Janonis stated that he is attempting to find a Finance Director without having to go
through a search process and may approach the Village Board for consideration entering into
contract work with Doug Ellsworth for short-term assistance.
The Village Board was comfortable with the approach that the Manager is proposing for Finance
Director replacement.
The Closed Session adjourned at 8:48 p.m., immediately moved into Open Session and adjourned.
