MINUTES
CLOSED SESSION
DECEMBER 9, 2003
The Closed Session was called to order at 9:04 p.m. by Mayor Farley, ill the Boardroom of the
Central Community Center, 1000 West Central Road. The purpose of the Closed Session was to
review previous Closed Session Minutes. Present were: Trustees Timothy Corcoran, Paul Hoefert,
Michaele Skowron, Irvana Wilks and Michael Zadel. Absent from the Closed Session was Trustee
Richard Lohrstorfer. Staff present included: Village Manager Michael Janonis and Assistant Village
Manager David Strahl.
Approval of Minutes
Approval of Closed Session Minutes of February 25, 2003. Motion made by Trustee Wilks and
Seconded by Trustee Corcoran. Minutes were approved.
Approval of Minutes of April 2, 2003. Motion made by Trustee Wilks and Seconded by Trustee
Corcoran. Minutes were approved.
Approval of Minutes of April 9, 2003. Motion made by Trustee Wilks and Seconded by Trustee
Corcoran. Minutes were approved.
Approval of Minutes of September 2, 2003. Motion made by Trustee Wilks and Seconded by
Trustee Corcoran. Minutes were approved.
Approval of Minutes of September 16, 2003. Motion made by Trustee Wilks and Seconded by
Trustee Corcoran. Minutes were approved.
Approval of Minutes of October 7, 2003. Motion made by Trustee Wilks and Seconded by Trustee
Corcoran. Minutes were approved.
Approval of Minutes of November 4, 2003. Motion made by Trustee Wilks and Seconded by Trustee
Corcoran. Minutes were approved.
Approval of Minutes of November 18, 2003. Motion made by Trustee Wilks and Seconded by
Trustee Corcoran. Minutes were approved.
There was no further business and the Closed Session adjourned at 9:06 p.m.
