CLOSED SESSION
DECEMBER 16, 2003
The Closed Session was called to order at 9:29 p.m. by Mayor Farley, in the Boardroom of the
Central Community Center, 1000 West Central Road. The purpose of the Closed Session was to
review Closed Session Minutes. Present were: Trustees Timothy Corcoran, Paul Hoefert, Richard
Lohrstorfer, Michaele Skowron, Irvana Wilks and Michael lade I. Staff present included: Assistant
Village Manager David Strahl.
Review of Closed Session Minutes
Closed Session Minutes of December 9, 2003. Motion to approve Minutes was made by Trustee
ladel and Seconded by Trustee Corcoran. Minutes approved.
Closed Session Minutes of January 1999 - November 2003. Minutes approved for release, partial
release or remaining confidential as recommended by staff.
There was no further business and the Closed Session adjourned at 9:42 p.m. and moved into open
session.
On a Motion by Trustee Wilks and Seconded by Trustee ladel, all Minutes of January 1999-
November 2003 were approved for release as recommended by staff.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:44 p.m.
