CLOSED SESSION
JANUARY 12,1999
The Closed Session was convened at 9:31 p.m. in the Senior Center conference Room. The purpose of
the Closed Session was to discuss Land Acquisition. Present were: Mayor Farley, Trustees George
Clowes, Timothy Corcoran, Paul Hoefert, Richard Lohrstorfer, Daniel Nocchi and Irvana Wilks. Staff
present included: Village M:1nager Michael Janonis and Assistant Village Mlnager David Strahl.
Land ACQuisition
Norb Huecker property
Village Manager Janonis provided an update regarding negotiations with the Norb Huecker property
acquisition at the corner of Route 83 and Central Road. He stated there is still significant discussion
necessary to arrive at an appropriate cost and to address the anticipated enwonmental cleanup.
