CLOSED SESSION
JANUARY 26,1999
The Closed Session was convened at 9:23 p.m. by Trustee Corcoran, in the Senior Center conference
Room. The purpose of the Closed Session W3S to discuss Land Acquisition. Present vere: Trustees
Timothy Corcoran, Paul Hoefert, Richard Lohrstorfer, Daniel Nocchi and Irvana Wilks. Absentfrom the
Closed session were Mayor Farley and Trustee George Clowes. Staff present included: Village Manager
Michael Janonis and Assistant Village M:lnager David Strahl.
Land Acauisition
Northwest Electric
Village Manager Janonis provided an update regarding discussions and negotiation progress with
Northwest Electric.
Dr. McLean buildinq
Village Manager Janonis provided an update to the Village Board regarding the projected price and the
anticipated relocation ofthe doctor's operation.
Ye Olde Town Inn
Village Manager Janonis provided an update regarding his discussions in obtaining the rear portion of the
property.
Norwood and Clock Tower
Village Manager Janonis provided an update regarding discussions with Norwood in developing an
agreement for completing the pro~ct.
Two East Northv.est Hiqhvvay
Village Manager Janonis provided an update regarding acquisition ofthis property.
Meersman property
Village Manager Janonis provided an update regarding discussions and possible land swap with the
Meersman property along North'Aest Highvvay and property along Busse Avenue.
