MINUTES
CLOSED SESSION
FEBRUARY 2,1999
The Closed Session was convened at 6:05 p.m. by Trustee Corcoran, in the second floor conference
room of Village Hall. The purpose of the Closed Session was to discuss Land Acquisition. Present were:
Trustees George Clowes, Timothy Corcoran, Paul Hoefert, Richard Lohrstorfer, Daniel Nocchi and
Irvana Wilks. Absent from the Closed session was Mayor Farley. Staff present included: Village
Manager Michael Janonis and Assistant Village Mlnager David Strahl.
Land Acauisition
Village Manager Janonis provided an update to the Village Board regarding discussions wh Norwood
and completion of the development of the Clock Tower project. There were also representati\es from
Norwood present at the meeting including Bruce Adreani. Much of the discussion centered on Norwood's
preferred design.
The Closed Session adjJurned at 7:20p.m. No action was taken.
