CLOSED SESSION
FEBRUARY 9,1999
The Closed Session was convened at 8:49 p.m. by Trustee Corcoran, in the Senior Center conference
room. The purpose of the Closed Session was to discuss Land Acquisition. Present were: Trustees
George Clowes, Timothy Corcoran, Paul Hoefert, Richard Lohrstorfer, Daniel Nocchi and Irvana Wilks.
Absent from the Closed Session was Mayor Farley. Staff present included: Village Manager Michael
Janonis and Assistant Village M3nager David Strahl.
Land Acauisition
Village Manager Janonis provided updates regarding negotiations with Northwest Electric, Town Centre
and Norwood, Dr. McLean building, Fannie May acquisition and Two East Northwest Highway along with
the Meersman property.
