CLOSED SESSION
MARCH 2, 1999
The Closed Session was convened at 9:36 p.m. by Mayor Farley, in the Senior Center conference room.
The purpose of the Closed Session I.\8S to discuss Land Acquisition. Present were: Trustees George
Clowes, Timothy Corcoran, Paul Hoefert, Richard Lohrstorfer, Daniel Nocchi and Irvana Wilks. Staff
present included: Village rvtlnager Michael Janonis and Assistant Village M1nager David Strahl.
land ACQuisition
Village Manager Janonis provided updates regarding acquisition of property of Northwest Electric, Norb
Huecker, Dr. McLean building along with the Meersman property. He also provided an update regarding
what the projected costs of acquisition might be and the time frames necessary for acquisition to
incorporate the pro~cted downtown redevelopment schedule.
