CLOSED SESSION
MARCH 9, 1999
The Closed Session was convened at 9:37 p.m. by Mayor Farley, in the Senior Center conference room.
The purpose of the Closed Session v.as to discuss Land Acquisition. Present were: Trustees George
Clowes, Timothy Corcoran, Paul Hoefert, Richard Lohrstorfer, Daniel Nocchi and Irvana Wilks. Staff
present included: Village I'\.1bnager Michael Janonis and Assistant Village Mlnager David Strahl.
Land Acauisition
Village Manager Janonis provided a detailed update to the Board regarding the Developer Agreement
with Norwood Builders. He also provided an update regarding the ongoing negotiations to obtain the Norb
Huecker property, Northwest Electric property, the Rand Road ring-road property, Fannie May property
and the General Store at Two East Northwest Highway.
