MINUTES
CLOSED SESSION
MARCH 16. 1999
The Closed Session was convened at 6:00 p.m. by Mayor Farley, in the Senior Center conference room.
The purpose of the Closed Session II'BS to discuss Land Acquisition. Present were: Trustees George
Clowes, Timothy Corcoran, Paul Hoefert, Daniel Nocchi and Irvana Wilks. Absent from the Closed
Session was Trustee Richard Lohrstorfer. Staff present included: Village Manager Michael Janonis and
Assistant Village Manager David Strahl.
Land ACQuisition
Village Manager Janonis pro\ided some details regarding the Northwest Electric Purchase Agreement
and to discuss any outstanding details the Village Board may have with the proposed draft. He also
provided an update regarding the status of negotiations regarding obtaining the rear portion of Ye Olde
Town Inn.
He also provided an update regarding the acquisition of the Norb Huecker property and the necessary
remediation for the environmental clean up.
The Closed Session adpurned at 7:29 p.rn. No action was taken. ~ / / /J
