The Closed Session was convened at 9:01 p.m. by Mayor Farley, in the Senior Center conference room.
The purpose ofthe Closed Session v.as to discuss Land Acquisition. Present were: Trustees George
Clowes, Paul Hoefert, Richard Lohrstorfer, Daniel Nocchi and Irvana Wilks. Absent from the Closed
Session was Trustee Timothy Corcoran. Staff present included: Village Manager Michael Janonis and
Assistant Village rYBnager David Strahl.

Village Manager Janonis provided an update regarding downtown redevelopment and a detailed
discussion regarding possible llF extension mechanisms.
