MINUTES
CLOSED SESSION
APRIL 14, 1999
The meeting was convened at 9:37 p.m. Present were: Mayor Gerald Farley, Trustees
George Clowes, Timothy Corcoran, Paul Hoefert, Richard Lohrstorfer, Daniel Nocchi
and Irvana Wilks. Staff present included: Assistant Village Manager David Strahl.
Land Acauisition
Assistant Village Manager Strahl provided a status report on White Hen and Fannie
May regarding the contamination, which has been identified to date. Staff was
instructed to continue to determine the costs of clean up for the two sites and determine
whether any Federal funding might be available. It was also recommended that Fannie
May be offered the opportunity to assume the White Hen site while the Village would
only have clean up responsibility for the Fannie May site.
Closed Session adjourned at 9:46 p.m.
