MINUTES
CLOSED SESSION
JULY 21,1998
The Closed Session was called to order at 8:46 p.m., in the conference room of the Senior
Citizens' Center, 50 South Emerson Street, for the purpose of discussing Property
Acquisition and Personnel. Present at the Closed Session were: Mayor Gerald L. Farley;
Trustees George Clowes, Timothy Corcoran, Richard Lohrstorfer, Daniel Nocchi and Irvana
Wilks. Absent from the Closed Session was Trustee Paul Hoefert. Also present was:
Assistant Village Manager David Strahl.
Property Acquisition
Mayor Farley wanted to confirm that all Trustees had received the memorandum from
Trustee Hoefert suggesting an historical district option as part of the downtown
redevelopment. All Trustees confirmed their individual receipt.
Personnel
The Village Board initiated a discussion concerning the performance of the Village
Manager. Assistant Village Manager Strahl left the meeting at 8:50 p.m.
There was no further discussion in Closed Session. The Closed Session adjourned at
9:45 p.m. and reconvened into open session.
