MINUTES
CLOSED SESSION
November 10,1998
The Closed Session was convened at 8:45 p.m. by Mayor Farley to discuss Property Acquisition.
Present were: Trustees George Clowes, Timothy Corcoran, Paul Hoefert, Richard Lohrstorfer,
Daniel Nocchi and Irvana Wilks. Staff present included: Village Manager Michael Janonis.
Property ACQuisition
There was discussion regarding the positions of the Village Board regarding what it is willing to
. consider as part of the purchase of the Huecker property. There was also a discussion regarding
what issues are likely to be found on the property environmentally. Mr. Huecker and Mrs. Huecker
were also present at the meeting including Huecker's attorney Bob Moore. The Hueckers and Bob
Moore left the meeting at 9:25 p.m. Additional discussion by the Village Board took place regarding
the purchase of the property.
The Village Board discussed the purchase of the property at Northwest Electric. There were
additional details discussed regarding various components of the agreement that is under
consideration.
The meeting adjourned at 10:45 p.m.
