MINUTES
EXECUTIVE SESSION
OCTOBER 16, 1990
The Executive Session was called to order at 9:42 p.m., in the second floor Conference
Room of the Senior Citizens Center, 50 South Emerson Street, to review the Executive
Session Minutes from the last six months. Present at the Executive Session were: Mayor
Gerald Farley; Trustees Ralph Arthur, Mark Busse, Timothy Corcoran, Leo Floros and
Theodore Wattenberg. Absent from the Executive Session was Trustee Van Geem. Also
present was Village Manager John Dixon.
The Board met to review the Executive Session Minutes of the last six months. Mter
review, they determined that the Minutes that have been held in Executive Session for
the last review of January 30, 1990 should remain in the Executive Session file at this
time and the Minutes from the September 11, 1990 Minutes should remain in the
Executive Session file. All other Minutes can be released. Those dates are: April 3,
1990; April 10, 1990; April 17, 1990; May 15, 1990; June 5, 1990; June 19, 1990; July 24,
1990 and September 4, 1990 all may be released.
It was motioned to adjourn the Executive Session at 9:44 p.m. by Trustee Arthur and
seconded by Trustee Corcoran.
The Board then reconvened in regular session to announce the outcome of the review.
