MINUTES
EXECUfIVE SESSION
MAY 21, 1991
The Executive Session was called to order at 9:41 p.m., in the second floor Conference
Room of the Senior Citizens Center, 50 South Emerson Street, for the purpose of
reviewing Executive Session Minutes. Present at the Executive Session were: Mayor
Gerald Farley; Trustees Mark Busse, George Clowes, Timothy Corcoran, Leo Floros, Paul
Hoefert and Irvana Wilks. Also present was Village Manager John Dixon.
The Board met to review Executive Session items since October of 1990 as well as items
that have been kept in the Executive Session Minutes and not opened to the public prior
to that.
The Board reached general concurrence on items which should be opened to the public.
The Executive Session was adjourned at 10:05 p.m. and the Board went back to the open
session of the regular Board meeting. The regular session reconvened at 10: 10 p.m. All
Board members were present as well as the Village Manager. On a Motion by Trustee
Corcoran and Seconded by Trustee Clowes, the Board Moved to release the following
Executive Sessions:
October 16, 1990
November 6, 1990
November 20, 1990
February 12, 1991
March 12, 1991
April 3, 1991
April 13, 1991
The following Minutes are to remain in the Executive Session file from prior review:
January 30, 1990
September 11, 1990
During the last review, the December 18, 1990 and the January 22, 1991 Minutes remain
in the Executive Session file. All voted "Aye."
The meeting was adjourned at 10: 12 p.m.
