MINUTES
EXECUTIVE SESSION
AUGUST 13, 1991
The Executive Session was called to order at 6:05 p.m., in the second floor Conference
Room of the Senior Citizens Center, 50 South Emerson Street, for the purpose of
discussing Personnel. Present at the Executive Session were: Mayor Gerald Farley;
Trustees Mark Busse, George Clowes, Timothy Corcoran and Paul Hoefert. Absent from
the Executive Session were: Trustees Leo Floros and Irvana Wilks. Also present were
Acting Village Manager David Jepson and Village Attorney Everette M. Hill.
Acting Village Manager David C. Jepson informed the Committee that John P. Burg,
Assistant Village Manager, had stated that he intended to resign his position with the
Village of Mount Prospect. Mr. Jepson reported that Mr. Burg had recently been ill and
it was in his best interest to seek employment elsewhere. The Committee expressed their
appreciation for the work that Mr. Burg had performed and their genuine concern for
his future welfare.
The Executive Session was adjourned at 7:25 p.m.
