MINUTES
EXECUTIVE SESSION
OCTOBER 8, 1991
The Executive Session was called to order at 10: 10 p.m., in the second floor Conference
Room of the Senior Citizens Center, 50 South Emerson Street, for the purpose of
discussing Personnel. Present at the Executive Session were: Mayor Gerald Farley;
Trustees Mark Busse, George Clowes, Timothy Corcoran, Leo Floros, Paul Hoefert and
Irvana Wilks. Also present was Village Manager John Dixon.
The Board met in Executive Session to discuss matters of personnel; specifically the
resignation of the Assistant Village Manager.
After a lengthy discussion, the Executive Session was adjourned at 12: 18 a.m. with no
action taken.
