MINUTES
EXECUTIVE SESSION
DECEMBER 10, 1991
The Executive Session was called to order at 7:05 p.m., in the Trustees' Room of the
Village Hall, 100 South Emerson Street, for the purpose of discussing Land Acquisition.
Present at the Executive Session were: Mayor Gerald Farley; Trustees Mark Busse,
George Clowes, Timothy Corcoran (arrived at 7:30 p.m.), Paul Hoefert and Irvana Wilks.
Absent from the meeting was Trustee Leo Floros. Also present were Village Manager
John Dixon, Attorney Barry Springer, Finance Director David Jepson and Planning and
Zoning Director Dave Clements.
The Board met in Executive Session to discuss Land Acquisition in the triangle area and
particularly, the purchase of the Chang property. Administration was authorized to
prepare appropriate Ordinances to establish the triangle area as a development area and
grant powers to the Village to allow development to take place.
The Executive Session was adjourned at 7:53 p.m.
