CLOSED SESSION
MARCH 20, 1996
The Closed Session was called to order by Mayor Farley in the Senior Center conference ruom.
The purpose of the Closed Session was to review Closed Session Minutes. Present were: Trustees
George Clowes, Timothy Corcoran, Richard Hendricks, Paul Hoefert, Irvana Wilks. Staff present
included: Assistant Village Manager David Strahl.
Review of Closed Session Minutes
A review of previous Closed Session Minutes was conducted. The following list of Minutes were
released:
June 23, 1992
June 7,1994
September 20, 1994
May 23, 1995
August 8, 1995
January 16, 1996
There was no further business and the Closed Session adjourned and moved into open session.
On a Motion by Trustee Wilks ;::lnd S8conded by Trustee Corcoran, the above listed Minutes wer8
approved for release as recommended by staff.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
