Present at the Closed Session were: Mayor Gerald Farley; Trustees George Clowes, Timothy Corcoran, Richard Hendricks, Paul Hoefert and Irvana Wilks. Absent from the Closed Session was Trustee Michaele Skowron. Also present were: Village Manager Michael Janonis and Assistant to the Village Manager David Strahl. Review of Closed Session Minutes Village Board members reviewed Closed Session Minutes from the last six months to determine which, if any, could be released to the public. Upon brief deliberation, it was determined that the following Minutes could be released to the public: January 22, 1991 February 18, 1992 April21,1992 May 19, 1992 January 26, 1993 March 16, 1994 April 19, 1994 May 10, 1994 May 17, 1994 August 9, 1994 September 6, 1994 December 13, 1994 January 3, 1995 Property Acquisition/Disposition No discussion took place because of the lack of a full Board being present. Assistant to the Village Manager David Strahl was excused from the Closed Session at 10:27 p.m. At the request of Trustee Hendricks, the issue of Personnel was added. Trustee Hendricks wished to inform the Board that he felt that the Chief of Police and Village Manager had lied to him about whether the subject of his request for weapons training had been discussed at a staff meeting. Both Chief Pavlock and the Village Manager indicated that the subject was not discussed The Closed Session adjourned at 10:30 p.m. ~espectfully submitted, M EJ/rcc
