MINUTES
EXECUTIVE SESSION
MARCH 23, 1993

The Executive Session was called to order at 11: 12 p.m., in the second floor Conference
Room of the Senior Citizens Center, 50 South Emerson Street, for the purpose of
discussing the six month performance of the Village Manager. Present at the Executive
Session were: Mayor Gerald Farley; Trustees Mark Busse, George Clowes, Timothy
Corcoran, Leo Floras and Paul Hoefert and Irvana Wilks. Also present was Village
Manager Michael Janonis.
Discussion resulted in a consensus that the Manager's performance was in keeping with
the expectations of the Village Board. Further discussion regarding potential salary
adjustment was deferred until the April 6 Village Board meeting.
No other business was discussed.
The Executive Session was adjourned after a Motion by Trustee Floras and Seconded
by Trustee Clowes at 11:50 p.m.
