MINUTES
EXECUTIVE SESSION
NOVEMBER 2, 1993
The Executive Session was called to order at 10:46 p.m., in the conference room of the
Senior Citizens Center, 50 South Emerson Street, for the purpose of discussing
Litigation. Present at the Executive Session were: Mayor Gerald Farley; Trustees
George Clowes, Timothy Corcoran, Richard Hendricks, Paul Hoefert, Michaele Skowron
and Irvana Wilks. Also present were: Village Manager Michael Janonis and Assistant to
the Village Manager David Strahl.
Litigation
The Village Manager reported that discussions regarding the acquisition of the Easement
at 1700 West Lincoln was proceeding. Mr. Janonis also reported that agreement had
been reached regarding the acquisition of the Easement for 1450 West Lincoln. Based
upon the tentative agreement, the appropriate Resolution accepting the Easement would
be drafted and placed on a future Village Board meeting Agenda.
The Executive Session was adjourned at 11 :12 p.m.
