EXECUTIVE SESSION

The Executive Session was called to order at 10:30 p.m., in the second floor Conference
Room of the Senior Citizens Center, 50 South Emerson Street, for the purpose of
discussing pending litigation. Present at the Executive Session were: Mayor Gerald
Farley; Trustees George Clowes, Timothy Corcoran, Leo Floros, Paul Hoefert and Irvana
Wilks. Absent from the Executive Session was Trustee Mark Busse. Also present was
Village Manager John Dixon.
The first item discussed was an update by the Mayor on his attempt to make contact for
purchase of property in the triangle area. He indicated he has not been successful in
contacting the owner at this time but would continue to pursue that possibility.
The second item discussed was the Disconnect Lawsuit. The Mayor and Village Manager
brought the Board up to date on discussions that have taken place and asked for general
direction for a meeting to be held later this week with the representatives of the
Disconnect area to determine if there might be some compromise. General direction was
given to the Mayor and the Manager for consideration at the meeting on Thursday
evemng.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:58 p.m.
