MINUTES
EXECUTIVE SESSION
SEPTEMBER 15, 1992
The Executive Session was called to order at 10:22 p.m., in the second floor Conference
Room of the Senior Citizens Center, 50 South Emerson Street, for the purpose of
discussing Personnel. Present at the Executive Session were: Mayor Gerald Farley;
Trustees Mark Busse, George Clowes, Leo Floros, Paul Hoefert and Irvana Wilks.
Absent from the Executive Session was Trustee Timothy Corcoran. Also present was
Village Manager Michael Janonis.
Personnel
Village Manager provided the elected officials with an update regarding ongoing Police
negotiations. At this point, the process is moving along smoothly and the Village
Manager will provide updates as warranted.
The Executive Session was adjourned at 10:53 p.m. after a Motion by Trustee Busse
and Seconded by Trustee Floros.
