MINUTES
EXECUTIVE SESSION
DECEMBER 15, 1992
The Executive Session was called to order at 10:59 p.m., in the second floor Conference
Room of the Senior Citizens Center, 50 South Emerson Street, for the purpose of
discussing Litigation. Present at the Executive Session were: Mayor Gerald Farley;
Trustees Mark Busse, George Clowes, Timothy Corcoran, Leo Floros and Paul Hoefert.
Absent from the Executive Session was Trustee Irvana Wilks. Also present was Village
Manager Michael J anonis.
Litigation
Village Manager reported to the Mayor and Board of Trustees that the Order of the
Court in the -Disconnect Suit had been finalized. The Manager informed elected officials
that due to liability issues, the Village would cease providing services to the area unless
we were required to do so under prior contractual <?bligations or current Mutual Aid
agreements. We will continue to work with individual property owners with a goal of
bringing the properties back in to Mount Prospect under mutually agreeable terms.
Executive Session was adjourned after a Motion by Trustee Clowes and Seconded by
Trustee Busse at 11:26 p.m.
