MINUTES
CLOSED SESSION
SEPTEMBER 10, 2002
The Closed Session was called to order at 10:20 p.m. by Mayor Farley, in the conference room of
the Central Community Center, 1000 West Central Road. The purpose of the Closed Session was
to discuss Land Acquisition. Present were: Trustees Timothy Corcoran, Paul Hoefert, Richard
Lohrstorfer, Michaele Skowron, Irvana Wilks and Michael Zade\. Staff present included: Village
Manager Michael Janonis, Assistant Village Manager David Strahl and Village Attorney Everette Hill.
Land ACQuisition
Village Manager Michael Janonis reviewed the list of extraordinary cost items as provided by the
Library for Village consideration. He also wanted to determine what the Village Board's position was
regarding response to these items.
Various Village Board members voiced concern about the proposed items and requested staff go
back to the Library to determine what is critical in their minds for consideration.
There was no further business and the meeting adjourned at 10:40 p.m.
