Mayor Pro Tern Irvana Wilks called the meeting to order at 10:22 p.m., in the Senior Center. A roll call
was taken. Present were: Trustees Paul Hoefert, Richard Lohrstorfer, Dennis Prikkel and Michaele
Skowron. Absent from the Closed Session were Mayor Gerald Farley and Trustee Timothy Corcoran.
The meeting was convened to discuss Litigation. Motion was approved. Staff present included: Village
Manager Michael Janonis and Assistant Village Manager David Strahl.
Litigation
Village Manager Michael Janonis stated that all Agreements have been signed this afternoon and the
final details have been worked out with Moser. The High Excess Liability Pool (HELP) has committed to
pay $150,000 of the outstanding deductible from ICW so the Village has been made whole. He stated
that he expects execution of the Agreements around March 27. He stated a plaintiff has been added to
the Class Action Suit and it is still working its way through the process.
Motion made by Trustee Hoefert and Seconded by Trustee Prikkel to adjourn the Closed Session. There
being no further business, the Closed Session adjourned at 10:53 p.m.
