MINUTES
EXECUTIVE SESSION
FEBRUARY 9, 1993
The Executive Session was called to order at 10:10 p.m., in the second floor Conference
Room of the Senior Citizens Center, 50 South Emerson Street, for the purpose of
discussing Personnel. Present at the Executive Session were: Mayor Gerald Farley;
Trustees Mark Busse, George Clowes, Timothy Corcoran, Leo Floros, Paul Hoefert and
Irvana Wilks. Also present was Village Manager Michael Janonis.
Personnel
The Village Manager reviewed with Board members the tentative agreement reached
between the Village and the Police Union. The economic package was within the
parameters previously discussed by the Village Manager and the Mayor and Board of
Trustees. The economic package also included modifications to the Village's current
health insurance program that would shift additional cost to employees.
Village Manager indicated that he would keep the Village Board informed regarding the
Police Union membership's acceptance or rejection of the tentative agreement.
The Executive Session was adjourned after a Motion by Trustee Busse and Seconded
by Trustee Clowes at 10:30 p.m.
