Commissioner Powers called the meeting to order at 5:32 p.m.
Roll Call: James Powers, Commissioner
Henry Friedrichs, Commissioner
Michaele Skowron, Commissioner
Also Present: Michael Figolah, Fire Chief
John Malcolm, Deputy Fire Chief
Randy Uidl, Battalion Chief
Commissioner Busse (arrived 6:00 p.m.)
The purpose of the meeting was to conduct Fire Department new-hire oral interviews. Commissioner Powers
asked for a motion to go into Closed Session - Personnel 5 ILCS 120/2 (c)(1).
A Motion was made by Commissioner Skowron and Seconded by Commissioner Friedrichs to go into Closed
Session for the purpose of oral interviews at 5:33 p.m.

None Motion Carried
The Board reconvened with everyone present at 7:45 p.m.
A Motion was made by Commissioner Friedrichs and Seconded by Commissioner Skowron to approve the
Fire Department Eligibility list dated January 20, 2010.

None Motion Carried
A motion was made by Commissioner Skowron and seconded by Commissioner Friedrichs to adjourn at 7:47
p.m.
