Commissioner Powers called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.OL

Also Present: Michael Figolah, Fire Chief
John Malcolm, Deputy Fire Chief
Randy Uidl, Battalion Chief
The purpose of the meeting was to conduct Fire Department new-hire oral interviews. Commissioner Powers
asked for a motion to go into Closed Session - PersonnelS n..CS 120/2 (c)(I).
A Motion was made by Commissioner Skowron and Seconded by Commissioner Friedrichs to go into Closed
Session for the purpose of oral interviews at 5:32 p.rn.

The Board reconvened with everyone present at 9:55 p.OL
A Motion was made by Commissioner Skowron and Seconded by Commissioner Friedrichs to adjourn the
