Public Health and Safety June 1, 1965 Trustee Bergen, seconded by Trustee Colfer, moved Ord. 1055 for the passage of Ord. 1055: AMENDING CHAP. 13 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE - SECTION 13.114.1 This deletes, "and, except on premises located within a planned Recreation recreational open space district, there shall be no dancing, floor show or entertainment of any type." Finance Director SUBJECT: Garbage Service for Apartments Garbage service Apartments I would like to make a recommendation that garbage service for apartments be studied with the thought of making over-$ apart- ments commercial. At this time our cost for each apartment or home is $1.38 per month or $16.56 per year. As you can see with the apartments which we now have, along with the ones being planned, the cost for this service could be quite costly in the future. Coopman~.presented petition to the Board asking for solution to traffic problem at Hi Lusi, Traffic Mi Lusi etc. Prospect Avenue and Central, blocking of ~affic on Hi Lusi and P~ospect by cars s~anding for light along Central Road.
