BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the
Council or President and Board of Trustees

that the following described street(s) be improved under the Illinois Highway Code:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,
1. That the proposed improvement shall consist of
removal and the removal of the existing pavement surface and the installation of 1.5" Bit. Binder Course
1.25" Bituminous Surface, Curb and Gutter Replacement, Drainage Structure Repair,
Parkway and Driveway Repairs and other appurtenant work.
and shall be constructed (varies) wide
and be designated as Section 01-00139-00-RS

Dear Ms. Lowe:
The plans, specifications, and estimate for the above section were approved by
this Department on January 22, 2001.
The proposed improvement provides for the resurfacing of various municipal
streets.
It is noted that the proposed improvement will be constructed within the existing
right-of-way.
Two sets of the approved papers were previously picked up from our office by
the Village.
